How do I care for my Two Wolves Swimwear?
Loving and caring for your swimwear is important to us. All our swimwear has internationally recognized care symbols printed on the inside.
The following simple steps should be taken to keep your swimwear clean and fresh:
Hand wash in cold water only
Lay flat and dry in shade
Store in a dry place
Do not bleach, iron, wring or tumble dry
Do not leave in direct sunlight as this may cause the colour to fade

What currency do you charge?
Our international website is in USD.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
We DO NOT accept American Express or Diners Cards.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we're unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your order so you can place a new order with the changes you need.
If your order has been processed and shipped we're unable to cancel it.
If you need us to cancel an order, please reach out to hello@twowolvesswimwear.com right away and be sure to include your name and order number in your request. We'll do our best to catch it before it goes out.

What if I receive a faulty item?
We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. We conduct a robust quality check on all our items before dispatch.
However, if you have received an item with a manufacturing fault contact us immediately at hello@twowolvesswimwear.com so we can review the matter.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping details and time estimates can be found on the Shipping Policy page.
We provide Express Shipping at a flat rate.
The Express shipping does not include the processing and packaging timeframe. Please allow 1-3 business days to pack your order.
